Arvexin Keychain supports custom projects for importers, promotional product distributors, gift companies, retail brands and wholesalers. Development can begin with vector artwork, a reference image, a physical sample or a written product specification.

Our custom capabilities cover metal, PVC, acrylic, rubber, leather and LED keychains. Buyers can specify the material, dimensions, shape, colors, logo method, key ring, connecting accessories and packaging.

Before quotation or sampling, we review these requirements together with the expected order quantity. This allows us to evaluate production feasibility, tooling requirements, MOQ, sample cost and lead time based on a defined product rather than a general concept.

Materials, Dimensions and Product Structure

Available materials include zinc alloy, stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, rubber, acrylic, leather, PU leather and silicone. Material selection affects the product’s appearance, weight, flexibility, structure, processing method and cost.

During material and size customization, we confirm the required length, width, thickness, front and back details, relief, opening position and attachment point. Metal, PVC and rubber products may require dedicated molds, while acrylic keychains depend more on artwork preparation, printing and cutting outlines.

A dimensional drawing is preferred. If the project begins with a photograph or reference sample, the material, dimensions and construction still need to be confirmed before an accurate quotation can be issued.

Logo, Color and Accessory Confirmation

Branding methods must be matched to the selected material. Depending on the product, available directions include engraving, laser marking, printing, embossing and molded logos.

For projects with defined brand colors, buyers should provide Pantone references where possible. Screen images can be used during the initial review, but the approved physical sample provides a more reliable production reference because material texture and surface finish affect the final appearance.

Our logo and branding options are reviewed according to the logo detail, product dimensions and intended effect. We confirm the logo size, position, orientation, front and back requirements, colors and whether small text or narrow lines can be reproduced clearly.

Key rings, chains and connecting components also need to suit the product’s size, weight and opening position. Available key rings and accessories may include split rings, short chains, jump rings, lobster clasps, swivel clips and other suitable connectors.

Sample Development and Production Approval

Custom samples normally require around 7–15 days depending on material, tooling and design complexity. Before sampling, we normally confirm:

• Product type and material
• Dimensions and thickness
• Front and back artwork
• Logo method and position
• Colors and surface requirements
• Key ring and accessories
• Packaging specifications
• Expected order quantity

The sample is reviewed for structure, dimensions, logo appearance, color, attachment fit and general finish. Any required changes should be completed before bulk production begins.

After approval, the physical sample and written specification become the production reference. Standard custom orders usually start from around 500–1,000 pieces per design. Complex molds, special constructions or private label programs may require around 1,000–3,000 pieces.

Packaging and Bulk Production

Packaging options include individual poly bags, printed backing cards, gift boxes, custom printed boxes, retail packs and export cartons. Buyers should provide packaging artwork, barcode or SKU information, pack quantity and carton marking requirements where applicable.

Our private label and packaging support includes packaging artwork confirmation, product fit review and packing specification approval. Packaging dimensions should match the product body and hardware to reduce movement, scratching or pressure during transport.

Bulk production usually requires around 25–40 days after the sample and specification are approved. The actual schedule depends on order quantity, material, tooling, processing requirements and packaging complexity.

Inspection points include dimensions, logo position, surface condition, attachment fit, assembly details, LED function where applicable and packing accuracy. Material testing or third-party inspection can be arranged when required by the buyer or project.
