Custom Keychains Based on Your Project Requirements

Arvexin Keychain develops custom keychains for importers, promotional product distributors, gift companies, retail brands and wholesalers. Projects can begin with vector artwork, a reference image, a physical sample or a written product specification.

Our custom support covers metal, PVC, acrylic, rubber, leather and LED keychains. Depending on the product, buyers can specify the material, dimensions, shape, colors, logo method, key ring, accessories and packaging. We review these details before quoting so that tooling, sample cost, MOQ and production time are based on a defined product rather than a general idea.

Standard custom orders usually start from around 500–1,000 pieces per design. Complex molds, special constructions or private label programs may require around 1,000–3,000 pieces. The final MOQ depends on the material, process, number of designs and packaging requirements.

Material, Size and Product Construction

Material selection affects appearance, weight, flexibility, tooling requirements and unit cost. Available options include zinc alloy, stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, rubber, acrylic, leather, PU leather and silicone. LED keychains also require confirmation of the outer construction and functional components.

During material and size customization, we review the required length, width, thickness, front and back details, relief, opening position and attachment point. Metal, PVC and rubber designs may require dedicated mold development, while printed acrylic products require suitable artwork and cutting outlines.

A clear dimensional drawing helps avoid misunderstandings during sampling. If only a reference image is available, the required size, material and construction still need to be confirmed before an accurate quotation can be prepared.

Colors, Logos and Surface Appearance

Colors and branding methods must be matched to the selected material. PVC and rubber keychains can use molded multicolor designs, acrylic products can carry printed artwork, and metal or leather products can use suitable engraving, laser marking, printing or embossing processes.

For projects involving brand colors, the buyer should provide Pantone references where possible. Screen colors and photographs can be used for preliminary review, but they may not reproduce the exact appearance of a physical material or finished surface.

Our logo and branding options are selected according to logo detail, product dimensions, material and expected appearance. We confirm whether the logo is single-sided or double-sided, flat or raised, printed or engraved, and where it should be positioned. Small text, narrow lines and complex color separations may need adjustment before tooling or sampling.

Surface appearance is also reviewed during sample approval. Polishing, printing, engraving and related finishing can change how the final color and logo appear under normal lighting.

Key Rings, Attachments and Functional Details

The attachment is part of the product structure rather than a final decoration. Key rings, chains and other accessories must suit the product size, weight, opening position and intended use.

Through our key rings and accessories support, buyers can confirm the ring style, chain length, connector, attachment color and assembly direction. These details are especially important for rotating metal designs, flexible PVC products, leather constructions and LED keychains with switches or functional components.

Attachment fit, orientation and assembly condition are checked during production. For LED products, the lighting function is also checked where applicable.

Sample Development and Pre-Production Approval

Custom samples normally require around 7–15 days, depending on material, tooling and design complexity. Before sample development, we normally confirm:

• Key ring and accessories
• Packaging requirements
• Expected order quantity

The sample is reviewed for construction, dimensions, logo appearance, color, attachments and general finish. If changes are required, they should be confirmed before bulk production begins.

After approval, the sample and written specification become the production reference. Bulk production usually requires around 25–40 days after approval, depending on quantity, material, tooling, processing and packaging.

Private Label and Custom Packaging

Packaging can be developed for promotional, wholesale and retail programs. Available directions include poly bags, paper cards, gift boxes, custom printed boxes, retail packs and export cartons.

For private label and packaging, buyers should provide the packaging artwork, logo, barcode or SKU information, required pack quantity and carton marking instructions. Packaging dimensions must also match the product and its accessories to reduce movement or surface damage during transport.

Printed packaging may require separate artwork approval or a packaging sample before mass production. The final packing method, quantity per carton and shipping marks should be included in the approved order specification.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Production

Bulk production follows the approved material, dimensions, logo details, colors, attachments and packaging specification. Production routes vary by product and may involve die casting, injection molding, CNC engraving, polishing, printing, laser engraving, assembly and related finishing.

Inspection points include dimensions, logo position, surface condition, attachment fit, assembly details, LED function where applicable, and packing accuracy. Material testing or third-party inspection can be arranged when required by the buyer or project.
